碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 99 === Construction industry throughout the life cycle is composed of many professional knowledge combined, when you import information technology in them, but not considered by industry or the overall improvement of cross-cutting information exchange mechanism, leading to the transfer to the next stage of work units must be re-accumulation and the establishment of the project information, so that construction can not improve the overall performance of the project.
Mechanical and electrical contractor in order to improve the overall performance of the construction project, construction of 3D graphics software to import 3D models and 3D models made by the building mechanical and electrical system, piping, but do not complete interference check, the contractor at the point of conflict will still result in re-piping, and the more emphasis on using the software rendering 3D models, the lack of information about the model components, allowing the contractor can not receive timely information and the number of its components, must also collect additional information and to estimate the number.
The electromechanical system established schedule if you can not meet the mechanical and electrical systems and the logical relationship between the sequence of construction, will lead to job conflicts, so that its projects must be repeated. In addition, traditional of materials management, inability to extend the effective information-related materials, and more to the experience of the implementation process to determine, for the works in the increasingly large uncertainty has not taken effective and timely response measures, likely to cause downtime to be expected , procurement of materials or materials not paid for pricing errors and other problems.
To address these problems, the study in construction project planning and design stage to import building information model (BIM), the establishment of "electro-mechanical systems and construction materials management BIM integration model", is divided into three parts(一)Construction BIM 3D models built electro-mechanical systems Location: building its core values "dynamic electromechanical components shared database", and simultaneously in the modeling of interference between the electro-mechanical systems and electrical and mechanical inspection for the structure, construction and fitting of the interference check, a significant reduction in the construction process after the conflict points produce, but also in the 3D model was to establish mechanical and electrical systems, construction drawings and timely supply of the number of tables can be used throughout the construction project; (二) Electrical system dynamic material requirements planning: building construction 4D BIM model electro-mechanical systems and electrical and mechanical systems 4D dynamic engineering simulation, which includes electro-mechanical system construction according to the order of the schedule established by the Electrical and Mechanical Construction BIM electromechanical systems with 3D models, to reduce unnecessary redo work items. ; (三) mechanical and electrical systems when transporting materials procurement process planning: the use of the material needs of the dynamic electromechanical system data with suppliers of materials management, information dissemination, in order to avoid downtime to be expected from happening.
