Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 99 === This study,the Life-Cycle Cost concept is considered in optimizing structure design wind speed .An analysis model is supplied for designers for this paper.The considered Reliability based Design Optimization(RBDO) problem is in general is very diffcultly and time-consuming.To improve the efficiency in searching process,a Support Vector Machine(SVM) and a Local Approximation(LA) are proposed in conjuction with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) .Finally a numerical study demonstrates the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method comparing to brute-force approach.
