For a R&D team, the major challenges are how to manage the frequent project change requests and close the projects in time and in budget. Therefore, in order to capture synergy benefit for a team, it not only needs to advance its technology but also adopts the productive development process. That’s why Agile Development Process is getting more and more popular. This thesis tries to further explore the values and principles of Agile Development Process, and the artifacts and roles of Scrum Framework -- currently the most popular Agile Development methodology by literature review and compare with the original development process of system technology R&D center. Also this thesis analyzes the case about how they implement Agile Development Process and what the benefits they obtain afterward. In the end, this thesis construct a Value Creation Agile Development Model for other companies reference, in order to help them remove obstacles and speed up to get the benefits from Agile Development Process implementation.
