碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 99 === In the age of knowledge-based economy, the business environment and the competitive advantage change radically, knowledge is the most important capital and capability to influence the organization’s sustaining competitive advantage. Enterprises have to implement the powerful repository of knowledge to enhance firm’s ability to compete in knowledge-intensive environment. This study adopted knowledge management, study theory and information technology to construct a learning and sharing platform and applications using knowledge management system to encourage teachers and students to share the knowledges, and guiding teachers the right ways to educate students and helping students to achieve their learning efficiency. This study applies the document analytic method and case study method, the author use in-depth interviews for data collections. From this study, the author found the following findings: (1) Providing a learning and sharing platform; (2) Providing a good system function and learning mechanisms to support graduate to research the knowledge on the collection, storage and sharing; (3) enhance the efficiency, quality and study’s result for the research teams; (4) Recording the knowledge and experience of research, when the research teams sharing and communication each other; (5) Providing students a integrated learning platform with convenience, and providing teachers a facile education platform.
