IEEE has brought up the 802.11p standard and also had a large amount of discussion, but how to effectively handle the data under transmission we still don't have a solution. According to this, this paper brings up a design which can enhance the signal when data is transmitting. This design can react quickly and is high effective, therefore when it's needed, we can transmit the data on time to the right receiver and cope with it furthermore.
