Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 自動化及控制研究所 === 99 === Small-to-Middle electronic manufacturing factory held an important role in Taiwan electronic industry. From family type processing to semiautomatic production and now entire automated production, the electronic products are requested to be more light, thin, short and small. In addition, most products were faced global competition and also request with high quality performance. In consider with production cost, some production lines which with economic, mature and stable characteristic were moved to China or other countries with low production costs. Because cost consideration are not focus on processes of research, design and customized, instead production technique and quality are main demand. Therefore, there is a good chance for small-to-medium electronic manufacturing factory to develop their business. Our research is focus on an electronic manufacturing factory which pursued Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Zero-Defect Process in their improvement process. We used quality improvement technique to improve production shortcoming and established a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).To build a good example for Small-to-Middle electronic manufacturing factory.
