How could appropriate candidates be screened so as to contribute themselves for an enterprise? It is an effective approach for the Study of Name of Heluo to provide interpretation of personality and characteristic of a candidate by means of analyzing ying-yang, five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) and numerology of a name. This thesis is divided into five chapters. It is aimed to illustrate research motivation and purpose in chapter one. In chapter two, it is reviewed for literature in which the basic framework of the study of names of Heluo is introduced, and it is stated for five elements to affect people’s personality as well as the testing method on interpersonal relationship is illustrated. In Chapter three, it tells the research methods including analyzing application content and case interview. As a result, data collected are analyzed and summarized. The study of two cases is manipulated in chapter 4. Finally, the conclusion is made and the future research suggestion is proposed in chapter 5. Study of names of Heluo provides a convenient and effective method so as to help a Manager to learn a candidate’s personality and interpersonal relationship by means of exploring study of names of Heluo and the principles behind it. It is easy to be able to realize people’s personality and their interpersonal relationship by simply analyzing yin-yang, five elements and numerology of their names. It can be widely applied on helping a manager to maximize the human effect and deploy their subordinates as well as to create the largest synergy of their enterprises.
