碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 99 === Service quality of public facilities plays an important role in public areas such as school, hospital or companies. In this thesis, we take school for example. Campus asset is one of an important part to student training and scientific research, so the quality of asset cannot be neglected. In this study, we focus on the asset maintenance notification system, hoping to provide an intuitive and convenient way to urge users notify maintenance tasks and accelerate the whole maintenance process. The way we proposed in this thesis is a web-based RFID maintenance notification framework; with this framework, users can easily use their NFC mobile devices to notify maintenance tasks via wireless, and then the stuff who handles the tasks will immediately get the information; meanwhile, distribute the right tasks to right workers. For assessing the benefits of this framework, we use two examples to do numerical analysis; the results show that both the utilization of assets and the satisfaction of users will increase through web-based RFID maintenance notification framework. The web-based RFID maintenance notification framework is different from traditional routine checking, it provides an open space to let all members in school can do their best on maintaining the environment of campus.
