A Point-of-Sales (POS) software terminal is a computer replacement for a cash register. More sophisticated than traditional cash registers, a POS (Point of Sales) software system includes the ability to track customer orders, process credit cards, and manage inventory. POS system can be used on different industries, supermarket, mall, restaurant, hotel, photo shop, gaming system…etc. All data of POS system can be transferred to valuable information for owner to do further investigation. The function of new POS system is generally controlled by touch screen clicking and graphic interface design. The new function can prevent some potential crisis in store management and save the time for customers. A friendly interface will offer the fine benefit to administrators and save the training time for new employees. The thesis is studied by my over 6 years working experience, through distributor conference, user interviews and questionnaires. The results of market feedback can be provided to POS industry hardware and software developers to improve the development of the POS market supply and hospitality business performance. And also, hopefully, the study can offer POS research and development department, sales department, and marketing teams can better understand market demand.
