The Langevin transducer consisted of a front mass (horn), rear mass (back) with four piezoelectric and a driving needle inserted on the top. The driving needle oscillated with three directions of perpendicular to each other. The different vibration modes generated the elliptical motions and driving frictional force between the driving needle tip and rotor. The three solenoids were installed in three perpendicular directions to each other, which restricted the rotational direction with permeability rotor. Driven by the different voltages and frequencies supplied, the ultrasonic motor would rotor the high or low rotational speed. The actuating process was detected with optical lever measuring method. The maximum angular velocity of each axis was: for X axis, at 63.6Vpp, 60 kHz, ωx reach 566 rpm, at 48.4Vpp, 60 kHz, -ωx reach242 rpm; also for Y axis, at 60.4Vpp, 61 kHz, ωy reach 1830 rpm, at 63.6Vpp, 60 kHz, -ωy reach 500 rpm; for Z axis, at 66Vpp, 62 kHz, ωz reach 443 rpm, at 63.6Vpp, 60 kHz, -ωz reach 365 rpm.
