Stem cells are the cells that have the ability to renew and differentiate in multicellular organisms. In the process of differentiation, the structure and distribution of chromatins might change. We construct a simple cell model. The scattered light distributions are simulated with different amounts of chromatins. We would like to understand that during the differentiation of stem cell, the relationship between the structural changes of chromatins and the scattered light distributions.
