Abstract
The principal of this study is to discuss the development of the department of creative elementary apply science in Guang Yuan Elementary school by performing interviews on: the founding ideas and goals of vital initiator, positions and opinions of institutional principals, reactions of facilitated staff and judgments of associate partners to obtain the related experience from each participants. Further using the collected and discussed documents to characteristically narrative research and present the development and event of the department clearly and sequentially.
The three purpose of the study:
1. Narrate and dissect the developing process of Department of Creative Elementary
Apply Science, Guang Yuan Elementary School Division.
2. Discuss Department of Creative Elementary Apply Science, Guang Yuan
