| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部文教行政碩士班(夜間) === 99 === This study aims to explore the school lunch program implementation and related issues of elementary and junior high schools in Taitung County. Schools and executive secretary of each school are used as samples for descriptive statistics analysis; and further, this study analyzes the differences of school lunch supply according to different background variables. Moreover, this study discusses the relevance of school lunch supply self-assessment and condition, and finally discusses the lunch satisfaction of parents and healthy weight of elementary and junior high school students.
This study adopted the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview methods and took 112 public schools in Taitung County, school lunch executive secretaries, parents and students as the population; in addition, applied the statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics analysis, t-Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correlation. Thus, according to the results of data analysis, this study has obtained the following conclusions:
