Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 99 === In the era of information explosion, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) has become one of the priorities in the firm’s competitiveness. The firm’s business processes through the information systems transfer have become externalized ERP. The firm’s ERP will be modified to accomplish the changes of business environment and business processes in order to establish the long term ERP performance. Based on the knowledge management framework, this study used knowledge transfer mechanisms to study the ERP systems maintenance. The information system requirement from the firm’s sales department is the source of knowledge. The firm’s information technology department is the receiver of knowledge. Utilizing the knowledge transfer and the integration of the maintenance processes, we can improve the effectiveness of information system conversion. Data was collected from the source and the receiver departments. The 48 samples were from the requirement department and 18 samples were from the information technology department to obtain the following research conclusions and propositions: 1. To establish ERP integration and maintenance process including knowledge management framework. 2. To investigate the impact of the information system maintenance processes on the knowledge transfer mechanisms. 2-1. Propositions I: The source’s knowledge factors affects the knowledge transfer mechanisms. 2-2. Propositions II: The receiver’s knowledge factors affects the knowledge transfer mechanisms. 3. To investigate the impact of the knowledge transfer mechanisms on the effectiveness of information systems conversion. Propositions III: The factors of knowledge transfer mechanisms affects the effectiveness information systems conversion.
