This research chose the most popular Gundam out of the robot models, which has constantly evolved from everybody’s childhood up till now. The future for Gundam is infinitely prosperous with the evolution from simple assembled models to the astonishing movable models, the unceasing progression and the launch of new editions, together with the modeling structure demands and the enhancement of the manufacture technologies. The two nouns of Gundam and Sack had been popular for 30 years, and their future will be infinitely prosperous with continuous management and innovation. This research will focus on the toy product of “Gundam” and its design related topics to conduct the analysis and study, and mutually fuses with the robot technology from the cultural aspects based on the documents, as well as to further explore the possibilities and expectations from Gundam designers and experts towards Gundam model development in the future. In the recent years, there is a product which is especially prominent within the robot toy industry, the “LEGO NXT”. This research is devoted in developing and challenging the manufacture of walking robot, where the robot not only features the walking function, but is further added with the interactive sensory function through digital programming interface with matching program design. This research also focuses on the combination of inner framed LEGO NXT with the outside armored Gundam’s model, so as to innovate a complementary design product out of two originally unrelated technologies. Integrating the two above mentioned products of “Gundam Model” and “LEGO ROBOT” to conduct the observational study of the structural design, and to design and produce digital interactive Gundam Robot through the integration of Gundam Model and LEGO, where the characteristics of both are fused or develop futuristic toys. The findings of this research revealed that the designed digital technology toys all received recognitions, regardless of it being a static model or a dynamic interactive toy, particularly the extensions and changes of the Gundam Model. With the addition of the technological digital robot structure of the future, the revolutionary digital interactive and educational toy is believed to accomplish excellent results on the market in the future, and further become the new development platform.
