Almost everyone has a mobile phone, and surfing the Internet on mobile phone is also a very common phenomenon. Meanwhile, our people pay more attention to leisure activities during the holidays. It becomes more important to know how to provide an integrated system based on mobile applications and combined with leisure information. Among the current leisure activities, more and more people have fishing trips. If we can provide a mobile integrated system characterized by its immediacy, integrity and convenience, I believe, this system will be able to provide excellent mobile services for this large number of people, and if this system is taken as a base, it also can be developed and extended to other leisure activities to provide multiple services in the future. In order to provide the enthusiasts of fishing trip with a device to get the relevant information effectively, this study applied the GPS/AGPS functions in mobile phone as well as the Google Map API to develop an information system of fishing trip for Android. The study not only used the service agent as a transition of many functions and status but also took the SaaS of could compute as a base and adopted UML method as a tool of system development to work out a mobile application system with the function of integrated services. Working with smart phone, through the mobile Internet, Google Maps and Global Positioning System, this software program provides multi-functional integrated application of immediate and professional services. This software program not only provides the service of searching fishing spots and fishing tackle shops but also a lot of convenient functions suitable for the people on fishing trip (such as the relevant special offers of fishing tackle, the information for people to participate together in fishing trips, the instant forecast by the Central Weather Bureau, Fish Database of Taiwan, the Coast Guard Rescue Line). When people are on a fishing trip or relative activity, they can find the related information and answers on the “Fishing Trip Information Software Program.” Therefore, “Fishing Trip Information Software Program” is a service program available for the public. It can provide practical help not only for the beginners of fishing trip but also the professional fishing enthusiasts. On the base of the related study and techniques mentioned in this paper, I believe, there will be a more diverse mobile application to provide more users with more instant information and convenient and immediate services.
