碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 藝術與造形設計學系碩士班 === 99 === This paper is to study the test and production methods of Celadon glaze produced by oyster shell ash。and will come up for a glaze applied to work on。Oysters，seafood ingredients common in Taiwan，delicious and easy cooking，but after eating the food waste，but it is very vexing environmental problems。 Many people are aware of this problem，also tried oyster shell recycling，processing and re-use。Used in ceramics，too，maybe some researchers are thinking or research，but will be used in ceramic glaze oyster shell，and despite sporadic studies，but there is no formal examination of the papers published，in particular making use of oyster shells ash，celadon glaze research，it is not found。 The natural materials used to make the glaze thinking and research，this paper provides a complete and practicable steps and methods。Oyster shells not only in order to solve the problem of environmental pollution， but also can be used to provide a how to explore new materials in the ceramic method。 Blue enamel for the study，the point，line and surface properties。 Oyster shells from processing raw materials into the glaze - the beginning of oyster shell ash method。For a single test firing of raw materials，(feldspar - oyster shell ash) Second test firing and the use of triangular elements coordinate method (feldspar - oyster shell ash - silicate) system of the hair as tough。Gradually from a wide range of tests gradually reduced range，locking range，and sequentially (feldspar - oyster shell ash - Kaolin - iron oxide) in the system。And then joined the Taiwan red clay， the (feldspar - oyster shell ash - Taiwan clay) systems research，in order to achieve more diverse use of local materials purposes。 Finally，the results of this study and a glaze is used for showing works of applied。 Experimental results show that Celadon glaze produced by oyster shell ash is really feasible，not only can play the characteristics of oyster shell ash，also added the use of clay in Taiwan to reach the motive in mind。 And effectively reduce the environmental hazards of oyster shell ash on the issue。 Key words: oyster shell ash，celadon glaze，Taiwan red clay。
