A total 400 of participants included eight senior active learning centers from Taipei city in Taiwan. The total valid returned questionnaires were 292. Data were analyzed by the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean and standard deviation, Pearson's product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression, and structural equation model. Based on the data analysis, the researcher makes conclusions as follows: 1. The elder learners has high performance in achievement motivation, peer relationship and self-actualization, but the samples have individual differences. 2. Achievement motivation has a significant and positive influence on peer relationship. 3. Peer relationship has a significant and positive influence on self-actualization, and emotional behavior has most powerful affection in self-actualization. 4. Self-actualization is mainly affected by Achievement motivation. 5. The interaction of peer behavior has indirect effects between achievement motivation and self-actualization. Based on the data analysis, the researcher makes conclusions as follows:
