Summary:博士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 99 === The main motivations of the dissertation are the development of the international knowledge economy, the importance of creativity stressed highly in the fields of industry, government, and academic, the promotion of national policy, and the role of educational people; under the all motivations, the study thus is to explore the creativity of students in our elementary school's performance. Therefore, one purpose of this study is to understand the factors affecting the development of student creativity. Second, analyze the creative tendencies of fifth-grade students. Third, build the model affecting the development of student creativity. Fourth, promote effective measures to enhance the development of student creativity. Based on the purpose of the study, the dimension of the place is to use the five northern counties and cities as the object of collecting research questionnaire, including Taipei City, Xinbei City, Taoyuan County, Keelung City and Ilan County. The dimension of the people is the 5th grade of elementary school students to take the questionnaire. The dimension of the object is CAP(Creativity Assessment Packet) translated by Professor Lin Shing Tai & Wang Mu Rung and it was used as test facilities for the testing of the questionnaire. In the utilization of statistical methods is based on the model as a hierarchical linear statistical methods of data analysis questionnaire aimed at hierarchical linear model using a more precise analysis of the school's performance in creative and more accurately calculate the individual , schools and urban differences among the three groups. The purpose of the study is check the factors which is really to effect the creativity of the students. So design three layers to check. The factors of first layer include gender, birth order, parental nationality, parental education, parenting styles, parental marital status, family socioeconomic status and family structure; the second layer include school district, school size, school average socioeconomic status, and the specificity of gender and nationality of the school ; the third layer include average socioeconomic status of the city. And, at all layers of interaction among the effects found many significant differences.
