However, there are some minority groups like Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (A.L.S) or Motor Neuron Disease (M.N.D) patients; they can’t communicate with others by using computer as normal person. Therefore, this thesis investigates a system that can use eyes to operate computer instead of hands. The main research direction of this thesis is using the Electro-Oculography (EOG) sensing circuits to retrieve the body signals and will be analyzed and processed by using microprocessors, and then transmits to the tablet PC by way of Bluetooth wireless transmission or RS232. The interface program based on the Visual Studio 2005 platform will output the function of voice, videos, surf the internet, games, control the lights, log on or off the computer, replacement of keyboard, mouse and control the flight device. Moreover, hope to help the people with disabilities can make they want to do just like normal person. According to statistics of the thesis, the system can not only cost down but also do multiple actions; the average accuracy rate of the single action is about 80 percent, while the multiple actions is about 70 percent.
