Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 運輸科學系 === 99 === The objective of this study is to examine the relationships between corporate social responsibility, corporate reputation and organizational performance in Taiwan’s High-tech industry. Five types of corporate social responsibility are identified from the result of a factor analysis. These factors are named as environment, social-employee, social-community, social-client and economical. Reputation is categorized into corporate reputation. Organizational performance is categorized into corporate organizational performance in this study. The findings of this study are followed: (1) Corporate social responsibility has a part of significant positive influence corporate reputation (2) Corporate social responsibility has also a part of significant positive influence corporate organizational performance (3) Corporate reputation has positively effects corporate organizational performance (4) The corporate reputation has a part of moderating between corporate social responsibility and corporate organizational performance.
