Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 99 === Anti-corrosion of steel has become an important issue in Taiwan due to its high humidity and hot climate. However, neither laws and regulations made nor experimental data analyzed were cited in steel structure with coating for corrosion resistance. The coating, such as mixed paint, red lead paint, inorganic zinic powder and acrylic acid, can’t meet the request of durability and weathering resistance of steel. In this study, FEVE was used to investigate the effects of coating with nano-TiO2 fluorocarbon in dirt resistance and self-cleaning and a great number of tests were performed and the results were compred. The test results show that the steels with fluorocarbon coating or nano-TiO2 fluorocarbon coating reveal the excellent adhesive force, impact resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, weathering resistance. In addition, under high temperature and high salt environment, the steel with nano-TiO2 fluorocarbon coating increases dirt resistance and self-cleaning and reduces corrosion resistance slightly.
