| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 99 === To improve the quality of water polluted in domestic sewage and preserve the residential environment, the government accelerated the sewage construction and set the goal for increasing the household connections prevalence rate 3% per year since 2009.The sewerage construction is one of the Modernity Indices of a Nation. However, reasons include the started late sewage construction, the narrow lanes behind buildings, over builds without license and the highly density of the livelihood pipelines in road, the household connection in Taiwan isn’t carried out rapidly. That’s all seriously effect the promotion of the household connections prevalence rate and the achievement of sewage disposal.
This study is to discuss the reasons of delayed construction and to find out the strategies through collecting the information about the solution of construction barrier of propelling and the household connections. The result can be a reference for the local governments implementing household connection works.
