| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 設計研究所 === 99 === No matter in animation, comic, and movie, the most motion established in “role” when only having characteristic of drama. All of the painter and artist attempt to utilize multiple ways to depict their design for uniqueness of role due to it is the basic element and having emphasis in drama. Under the planning for creation, majority design the different role of color, ratio, features, and modeling because of constructing the visual attraction. However, different role have their various direction, so the market will reflect the style of preference.
In order to comprehend what is Taiwan’s popular role, this study aimed to observe the general publication of illustration tool CG, and further to understand what are the Taiwan’s popular style and technique of expression. The research range is focus on the publication market of Taiwan.
The result shown that we could classify Taiwan’s popular role into Japanese style, romance style, European and American style, picture book style, and vector style. The preferences of Taiwan’s market are Japanese style and romance style, the next are European and American style and picture book style, and vector style is the worst.
Under the premise that to preserve commerce, we have to comprehend the characteristics easily for simulate, innovate, or recreate the related role. Then, we not only emphasize the innovation, but also integrate and distinguish the role elements at the same time. For establishing a standard principle of role innovation to painter, the process above could obtain the style characteristic of the role and observe what is the meaning and culture background of the role. Finally, the study adopted the ways of creation, composing, and innovation to paint a digital role in Corel Painter. This creation is base on the form elements and characteristics by aforementioned analysis and deconstructing. We expect to design a new role which is unique and special. This study focus on creating a new role of Taiwan's popular style, and it is composed of multiple styles and characteristics. Furthermore, we hope the creation which could combine the elements of original and commercial.
