| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 圖書資訊學研究所 === 99 === The purpose of research is investigate user satisfaction of Taipei Public Library Kids' eLib. This study was conducted through literature review, questionnaire survey. For the more, the author got the theory basis through literature review, and set up the customized questionnaire sheet, “The satisfaction survey of the user in Kids’ eLib of Taipei Public Library’’ designed by the author. Use the purposive sampling, questionnaires were used to select survey of the librarians of Taipei Public Library released 201 simples, the general users released 188 simples, and children 34 simples were recycling.
Based on the aforesaid results, the suggestions targeting several aspects including holdings statements, classification, interaction of websites, design of interface, link quality and website contents.
