There were a total of 191 valid subjects who were 97 to 99 annual Taipei buskers participated in the study. Instruments were used in this study included “Basic Data Form” , “LOHAS for Adult” and “Mental Health”. The statistical methods were used in this study included t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. Taipei buskers’ lifestyles were significantly different depending on gender and age. 2. The different backgrounds of Taipei buskers were no significant difference in mental health. 3. Taipei buskers’ mental health was significantly different depending on Resist Pressure Index (RPI). 4. Taipei buskers’ Life Quality Index (LQI) and Resist Pressure Index (RPI) were positively related to mental health. 5. Taipei buskers’ lifestyles were significant in predicting mental health. Finally, based on the findings of the study, suggestions for management and counseling for Taipei buskers and future research were provided.
