碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系 === 99 === Nowadays, the residential space is not only for sheltering from rain, but progressing to a more comfortable level. In Taiwan, from agriculture age to industry age, as the level of income increase, people are willing to spend more time and money on creating comfortable home. This phenomena specializes the interior industry. The main purpose of this research is figuring out the factors of home comfort by correlational approaches and discussing it through points of the masses’ view. Using related literature and interviews with interior designers to develop the research tool and doing questionnaire survey to the general people result that： 1.In physical factors of residential space, the subjects pay most attention on natural ventilation、hygiene and environment、natural lighting、quality of the air and volume of environment in living space. 2.In psychological factors, the subjects value the feeling of home、privacy、the interaction of families、the equipment of guarding and emergency most. 3.The items, “personal property” and “living state of play”, have remarkably difference with the items, “physical comfort of living space”, “psychological comfort of living space” and “life style”. 4.“Life style” reveals notably positive relation with “physical comfort of living space” and “psychological comfort of living space”. 5. In physical factors of residential space are “living environment”、”technology of materials”、”arrangement of circulation”、 ”functions of space”. 6. In psychological factors are ”safety”、 ”spatial design”、 ”interaction of families”、 ”psychology of space”.
