Therefore, nowadays more and more businesses are making efforts to adopt e-learning into their training programs. However, in addition to elearning environment and training materials, to successfully implement e-learning should also consider the needs on the users’ side. The aim of this study is to explore the factors that may influence employees’ intention and satisfaction of using e-learning based on employees’ point of view. To achieve the research goals, the study applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Post-Acceptance Model and the Information System Success Model to form the theoretical framework of the study. Based on the framework, the researcher performed a literature review and generalied the external factors and their causal relationship within the framework. This study applied survey research method to collect the research data. The research object, a total of 224 employees, was drawn purposively from the payroll of the J financial holding company. Some descriptive and inferential statistics such as Cronbach's α of the reliability value, composite reliability, average variance extracted, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and Structural Equation Model, were used to analyze the research data. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. Among several major direct factors that affect employees’ intention of using e-learning, satisfaction and perceived usefulness are the two most important factors. 2. In addition to the above two factors, the quality of e-learning system also affects users’ satisfaction and perceived usefulness and could influence users’ intention of using e-learning indirectly.
