Not until 1989 did Tainan County have the first team in Chiang Kai-shek Stackable Cup.Afterwards,Tainan County Tchoukball Team had good performance in the later various events, although the results were not the top, but for their activities have not been interrupted. The purpose of this study is to research Tainan County Tchoukball sport development process in the way of taking history research methods and interviews, the study from 1989 until December 25, 2010 ,when Tainan County and city mergered and upgraded , the study for the Tainan County background evolution in school sports and community sports development to make discussion and analysis. The results showed: 1. The Tainan County Government planned the policy in the development of sports development projects, implementing"one person, one movement, one school, one team", "focus on priority- sport- school development plan", "EPA(educational priority area)," so Tchoukball movement have developed well in schools. 2.In school sports, Tchoukball Teams were mostly set up by enthusiastic teachers about Tchoukball and they took pains in cultivating during the grass-root coaching, but the mobilization of teachers and lack of software and hardware development impacted the follow-up development; educational advancement not smooth is the main reason Tchoukball was not extended to high schools in Taiwan . 3. In social sports, Tchoukball, Tainan County Commission established a solid foundation in Tainan County Tchoukball development; however, Tchoukball sport is not common in the sports community, only teachers group Tchoukball team established.
