碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 科技管理研究所碩士班 === 99 === The research is based on longitudinal and qualitative case study which emphasized on a specific event in a specific time about how an enterprise gets resources to lower dependence on other organizations and to create the values. The subject is about variations among the organizations, dependence modes among organizations such as mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, horizontal integration, vertical integration and on point of view of resources within an organization. Due to frequently interaction of Taiwan''s LED manufacturers and five major members in the LED industry, which are Cree, Lumileds (Avago''s predecessor), Toyota Gosei, Osram and Nichia. They have become the outsourcing cooperation manufacturers which the foreign manufacturers would like to cooperate with. Besides that Taiwan''s LED productivity ranks first in the world, the output value is second, depending on their own internal resources, a unique relationship developed, and thinking the case should have to fit the scope of this study, so we choose it as the study’s case, The results showed that the internal resources and skills among manufacturers are valuable, furthermore it will help manufacturers to get competitive advantages.
