In this paper, based on financial report analysis, a Multi-Criteria method for sustaining decision is offered. There are five companies are evaluated on Taiwan Stock exchange by proposed method. The proposed methodology allows us to estimate a number of consistent criteria existing for evaluating alternative company. Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is utilized for assigning weight of criteria for selecting company and fuzzy TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) is used to determine the most suitable company using these criteria weights. A numerical application is taken from Taiwan stock Exchange to focus on the proposed approach
