| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 文化與自然資源學系社會科教學碩士班 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationships among the elementary school
administrators’ life style, travel behavior and leisure benefits of using National Travel Card in
Tainan County.
The study applied the survey by stratified random sampling. After deleting the invalid
questionnaires, 347 subjects were effective in total. T-test, descriptive statistics, one-way
ANOVA, LSD posteriori comparisons, Pearson regressive analysis were applied to
data-analysis. The results of this study were as followed:
1.The elementary school administrato’r life-style tends to family-oriented aspect.
2.In the past year, most of the elementary school administrators arranged 2-day trip one or
twice, the cost of traveling is over NT 9000. They are willing to travel with their family, and
the most popular travel item is “Natural scenery sightseeing”. Nantou County, Tainan City
and Taidong County are their favorite county to travel. In demographic variables, there are
significant differences among gender, age and urbanization degree of area.
3.The life style and travel behavior are positive correlation; the level of「family-oriented」 and
the level of「the times of traveling」 are positive correlation; the level of「 knowledge
learning」 and 「the cost of traveling」are positive correlation, too.
4.After traveling, the elementary school administrators have good leisure benefits, and the
mental benefits gets the highest score.
5.Traverl behavior and leisure benefits are significance correlation. The elementary school
administrators have good leisure benefits if their times of traveling are higher. If they have a
trip under three days, they have better physical benefits .
6.The elementary school administrators didn’t reduce their will of traveling, after the
government canceled the rule of “overnight” and “different places”. Because there are 90%
of the elementary school administrators who take the card to travel.
