This study conducted a qualitative depth interviews to understand the viewpoints of parents and teachers for preschool children with special needs. The researcher constructed the literature gradually through the process of summarizing the information, text analysis, analog and integrated, and interpreted its meanings through studying the literature. The results showed: 1.For parents and teachers, the needs of preschool children with special needs are the main considerations before placed in the inclusive education environment. 2.The adaption of preschool children with special needs in the inclusive education environment is individually due to their limitations and influences. 3.There is closely relationship between special education support services and children’s adaption in the inclusive education environment. 4.Due to parental attitudes and personality traits, the appropriateness of placement of preschool children with special needs shows the different results. 5.If measures for special education services are not sufficient to support inclusive education environment may led to many difficulties and problems for preschool children with special needs.
