It not only can boost social economy but also can help the country in maintaining stable development during recession. In recent years, the government started to promote the entrepreneurial plans to assist the small and medium domestic enterprises in acquiring all necessary skill, knowledge, funds and counseling for the development of innovative businesses. Under challenge of internationalization, the traditional manufacturing industry have been gradually loosing its competitive advantage and facing the issue of transformation. Through the transformation process, any corporation will think up a method to significantly change the management model. These changes and innovations also require evaluation from the entrepreneurial perspective. Based on the understanding of the process for starting a tourism factory, this study aims to discuss the entrepreneurship and the corresponding strategies throughout the tourism factory’s transformation. This research conducted case study by targeting on Guang Xing Paper Mill and Motou Magic Wood Tourism Factory. The entrepreneurship was divided into five perspectives including entrepreneur, entrepreneurial opportunity, entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance. Based on the viewpoint of the complex adaptive system, this study can understand the interactions among all the perspectives. This study found that the establishment of tourism factory is a kind of adjusting effect. It will enable the entrepreneurs to response the external stimulus. Starting a business is a process of adjustment. In addition, it is also found that the mental models of both entrepreneur and entrepreneurial team are interrelated. Besides, the order of tourism factory is emerged instead of planned. A cross-level emergence can be found in entrepreneur, entrepreneurial opportunity, entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial environment. They are all connected with each other. The emergence can also refer to crisis. Through learning environment, the entrepreneur is able to resolve crisis. Finally, the tourism factory’s entrepreneurial performance will in terms affect the mental models of both the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurial team.
