Method: 21 tug of war athletics(12 males, 16.91±0.66 years old; 9 females, 17.00±0.50 years old ) take exercise relate fitness test (1600 meters running test, 60minutes sit up test, 60 meters sprint speed test, 20 seconds side step test and standing triple jumps), muscle strength test(Squatting, bench press, narrow deadlift, seated over rows maximal strength test), different position pull power and heart rate test. Using SPSS 12.0 One-way ANOVA to compare the pull power between different positions. Pearson correlation coefficient to find the relation between physical fitness and pull power, All test significant different level was p<.05. Result: There were significant different in pull power between different position. In post hoc test shows that low position pull power were significant bigger then middle and high position pull power(F = 352.32, p < .05). In correlation between different pull position and muscle power test, it shows there were significant correlation at male high pull power and squatting, narrow deadlift; middle position and narrow deadlift(p < .05). In female high pull power and narrow deadlift have significant correlation(p <.05). Conclusion: there were significant different between three pulling position in poll power. Low pull position will be high pull power and it also more hart rate in the same times. There were significant correlation between muscle strength, exercise relate fitness and pull power.
