Samples are 14 banks in Taipei, for example, convenience sampling method used to collect data, a total of 800 questionnaires, 765 copies, of which 1 is invalid questionnaires, the effective sample rate of 96%. The collected data analyzed using structural equation modeling to test the hypothesis. The results showed: (1) Burnout and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of a significant negative impact on turnover intention, but a significant positive effect. (2) Organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior with a significantly positive effect, but with a significant turnover intention, the negative impact. In the study, the findings presented for practical operation of the managerial implications and suggestions for practical application and follow-up studies were discussed.
