The subjects of this study were visitors who had been to Lin-Ten-Shan Forestry Cultural Park. Data were collected by using convenience sampling. The findings of the empirical analysis revealed that there were significant differences among leisure involvement, perceived quality, perceived value and the recreational effect. Tourists’ ages, educational backgrounds, places of residences , time staying in Lin-Ten-Shan Forestry Cultural Park led to differences on demographic variable. Suggestions for public sectors were as follows: (1) Target customers should be extended to various age levels; in addition, to update hardware and software facilities. (2) To provide customized services according to different customers’ demands. (3) To bridge the gap of tourists’ perceived quality. Moreover, to attract young people work in Lin-Ten-Shan community forestry, as well as the implementation of business strategy to achieve the goal of sustainable developments, werevery important issues for the future study.
