| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系所 === 99 === Cerium oxide is being used in panel glass polishing process. Panel glass polishing wastewater was composed of cerium oxide abrasive, glass powder, and some impurities. In this study, the used cerium oxide abrasive was recycled after filtration and drying. 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% of recycle material was filled into fresh cerium oxide abrasive in the experiments. The result showed that reuse of waste slurry is a promising cost down approach without any negative effect. The optimum condition was 20% recycling rate with 1 minute longer in polishing process.
