The first part of the environmental factors for the control group, Observed a variety of environmental factors including temperature, humidity, pH and medium concentration the growth of four factors on the impact of bacteria without electrical stimulation procedure. The second part of the electrical stimulation of the factor group depending on the type were divided into DC current, DC pulse and alternating current three groups. The results show that affect the growth of Staphylococcus aureus in the temperature of the environmental parameters most affected. In electrical stimulation experiments in the factor group found that the electric field intensity factor for the growth of Staphylococcus aureus greatest impact. The higher the field strength value, the better its antimicrobial activity. Applied AC stimulus in Staphylococcus aureus, the frequency factor is higher than the effect of electrical stimulation applied DC pulse. According to the studies of electrical stimulation on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus impact test results, applied electrical stimulation can indeed reduce the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.
