| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教學視導碩士學位學程 === 99 === In this paper, the relationship between the instruction leadership of the president and the organization atmosphere in the elementary school is discussed and studied. Moreover, to realize the present situation of the relation between the instruction leadership of the president and the organization atmosphere in the elementary school and to see if there is the difference from the different background, this study conduct questionnaire survey to collect the information from the elementary schools’ teachers in Ping Dong area. The questionnaire are made by myself and called “The questionnaire survey of the relationship between the instruction leadership of the president and the organization atmosphere in the elementary school.” There are 443 effective samples. The collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t, single factor; the Pearson accumulated rate and multi-dimensional stepwise regression. The analyzed result as follows:
1. The teachers of the elementary schools in Ping Dong County are conscious of good instruction leadership of the president. Especially, the consciousness of the school’ s prospect or vision in the future is the best.
2. The scores of consciousness of the organization’s atmosphere are in the normal level except to the detachment aspect. Moreover, the conscious of the involved got the highest grade.
3. The more the teachers’ age increases, the more the teacher are conscious of the instruction leadership of the president.
4. The teachers who help some administration will increase the consciousness of the instruction leadership of the president.
5. The teachers in the small school have higher consciousness of the president’s instruction leadership and the organization atmosphere than the ones in the medium and big school.
6. The teachers’ consciousness of the president’s instruction leadership is related to the organization’s atmosphere.
7. The teachers’ consciousness of the president’s instruction leadership can predict the implement degree of the organization atmosphere effectively.
In the final, there are some suggestions according to the result of this study for education administration department, the elementary school president, the elementary school teachers and the researchers.
