Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 99 === This study aims to investigate the relationships between social network, knowledge sharing willingness, and job performance. This study also explores the moderating effect of organizational learning the interaction influence on the relationships between social network and knowledge sharing willingness, and knowledge sharing willingness and job performance.
This study uses questionnaire survey method. The research sample is the administrative personnel of university in Tainan. 267 questionnaires are sent to the respondents and 255 questionnaires are returned. The effective response rate 95.5%. This study analyzes the survey data by using various statistical methods. These methods include descriptive statistics analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions are summarized in the following:
1. Social network has positive and significant influence on job performance.
2. Social network has positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing willingness.
3. Knowledge sharing willingness has positive and significant influence on job performance.
4. Organizational learning has negative moderating influence on the relationships between social network and knowledge sharing willingness.
