Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系 === 99 === Gymnastic technique analysis based on the compositions of female gymnasts’routines in the JyhJengjunior high school Abstract The gymnastic team of Ping Tung has won many national championships in recent years, so gymnastics was one of the most successful competitive events in Ping Tung. Based on the competition routines of 5 gymnasts from the JyhJengjunior high school, the difference between the difficult elements on their composed routines and the actual execution of these elements were analysed to understand and improve the training drills and to find a better way to compose routines. From this study we hope to provide information for coaches and gymnasts to develop more effective training programs. There are five chapters in this study. Chapter 1: A brief review of the excellent achievement of the coach and the gymnasts of JhyJengJunior High School for their success in the National high school games since 2010.Chapter 2: The fundamental theory that include the grading rule, which published by Federation International Gymnastics(FIG) for the new Olympic game. Under the new grading rule, the techniques of gymnast’s performance were much stricter than before. In order to get higher scores, a gymnast needs to finish stability and perfectly in more difficult skills. Chapter 3: Analyses of the last year’s routines and the planning of the current year’s training programs were presented. Compared to other teams, these five gymnasts have a higher level of skills, difficulties and performances.Chapter 4: The training and the competition results. JyhJengjunior high school was rewarded with second place at the Taiwan 100 years national high school games. Compared to the winning team (Poo-Min junior high school), we had higher difficulty scores but was defeated by Poo-Min by 2.2 points in overall scores. The reason was the gymnasts’ imperfect performance, or maybe the judges didn’t recognize some grading rule. Chapter 5: We concluded that this research could provide suggestion to coach and gymnasts.
