The influences of the conflict experiences on the counselors were also included. Phenomenological orientation was adopted in the research. Two Christian counselors were invited as the participants of this research, and were involved in semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data analysis followed the approach of phenomenological content analysis. The results of the research are as followings: The conflict experiences of Christian counselors between their faith and the counseling made them feel confused. They adopted coping strategies and started to integrate then. The conflict experiences of the participants were case-by-case. The main conflict experiences of the participants were the difference of human nature between the Bible and the counseling and the conflict between the counseling multicultural thoughts and Christianity oneness thoughts. The coping strategies of the participants were asking other people first, and used religious approaches and individual thinking then. The coping statuses of the participants were integration, compromise, and depressive unconsistence. During the coping and integrating process, the participants adjust original faith and counseling points of view. The conflict experiences had the actual influences on their faith life. Finally, life experiences are the main factors in the integration process because the course of integration is in progress. Based on the results of this research, suggestions are proposed to the Christian counseling trainees, Christian counselors and the counselor educators.
