Across 187 formats, a branch store have106724.This is show industry environment be change, most own business enter the market in the form of joining in franchise that can rise consumer recognition and support. Franchisee play the important role not only abide by the standard of franchisee enterprise but also do the best determine to self. The different franchisee determine will be different , and the benefit will not the same in the end.This study explore how entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities influence the business performance. Then explore how entrepreneurship influence dynamic capabilities by the moderator uncertain environment then influence performance. Because the retail franchisee is the most of entrepreneurs pattern of enterprise and the competition of retail stores is pretty fierce therefore retail franchisee case could find implication of dynamic capabilities with the entrepreneurs operate performance.In the many retail franchisee , President Chain Store is the best representation and it is the top of retail franchisee. Therefore this study choose President Chain Store franchisee be study object. This study adopt cluster sampling that chose Kaohsiung and Pingtung franchisee be our sample because Kaohsiung and Pingtung cover city and country . President Chain Store has the representative in these region.This study collect 108 sample. The results showed that degree of entrepreneurship affect the response ability of dynamic capability; response ability of dynamic capabilities affect the business performance; Finally , the higher environmental uncertainty, the more tendency to inspire entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship have higher influence on convenience store operation.
