(2) To study the relationships among trust, job satisfaction, knowledge sharing, and behavior. The participants of this study were 129 sergeants at training centers in Taiwan. T test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, and so forth were used in this study to explore the performances and relationships among trust relationship, job satisfaction, and knowledge sharing. As the findings of the current study are as follows: (1) Trust relationship had positive affection on knowledge sharing. (2) Trust relationship had positive affection on job satisfaction.
