T test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, and so forth were used in this study to explore the performances and relationships among trust relationship, job satisfaction, and knowledge sharing. As the findings of the current study are as follows: (1) Trust relationship had positive affection on knowledge sharing. (2) Trust relationship had positive affection on job satisfaction.
