Description
Summary:碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 車輛與機電產業研究所 === 99 === Nowadays, companies need to compete with facing short product life cycle, request for customers, product customization and other changes in the global competition and changing in production patterns. Generally, customers order a wide items such that companies have a wide variety of products. Multinational companies have to invest a lot of professionals, capital and software and hardware for orders; while mostly small companies generally work by hand for orders. As a result, in a small company, the time required to arrange the order sequence is long and is prone to error. This study develops a scheduling method based on an artificial, with software-assisted to adjust the production scheduling. We first utilize BOM, routing sheet, operation table, and operation process chart to construct the manufacturing process of products. We then use ERP and system simulation softwares to arrange the production scheduling and to find the bottleneck stations, respectively. In addition, we propose a new manufacturing processing of products to improve the production efficiently. The results shown that the idle time of stations is reduced from 50% to 37.5% . Our model is efficiently and effectively to improve the production scheduling for a small company.
