The author recruited 97 married female counseling professionals in Taiwan. The instruments included the Personal Demography Questionnaire, the Work-Family Conflict Scale, and the Career Commitment Scale. The author applied t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, canonical correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis to analyze the data of this study. Four conclusions were derived from the study: 1.Married female counseling professionals had ‘medium to low’ work-family conflict and ‘medium to high’ career commitment. 2.The “Age of Youngest Children” and the “Daily Housework Hours” were significant factors to “Family-Work Conflict” and “Career Aggressiveness”; “Weekly Working Hours” was a significant factor to “Work-Family Conflict” and “Overall Work-Family Conflict.” 3.“Work-Family Conflict” was negatively correlated with “Career Commitment.” 4.“Years of Counseling Work Experiences” and “Work-Family Conflict” were two significant predictors to “Career Commitment” of married female counseling professionals. The author discussed the results of the study and provided suggestions for married female counseling professionals, administrators, and future research.
