Yang Kuo-shu (1999) follow the vocabulary of the seven personality traits tend to make Chinese. The seven personality traits of the Chinese members of the perceived organizational support and turnover intention of the research is still rare. This study hopes to seven personality traits of Chinese research station in Kaohsiung MRT's first line service personnel perceived organizational support and turnover intention relationship, the type of personality traits to understand the Chinese influence on turnover intention, the Chinese perception of organizational support for personality traits cognitive differences and the relationship between turnover intention is to hope to identify the organization, personality traits, perceived organizational support and turnover intention of the related nature. This study used questionnaires to Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Company at the station of the first-line service staff questionnaires were issued, a total of 200 questionnaires were returned of 136 copies, net of Tianda incomplete and chaos filled the questionnaires, 129 valid questionnaires response rate was 64.5%.The results showed that: the Chinese character traits, the competent and turnover intention was positively associated with a competent display characteristics of the employees had higher turnover intention.Chinese personality traits, the industrious,other-oriented and faith to leave was negatively associated with intent to show a industrious, other-oriented kind of employee characteristics, with a lower turnover intention.Chinese in the agrreable personality traits on the perception of organizational support was positively related to cognitive.The study concludes with conclusions and suggestions for practical and academic reference.
