Hope the results can be served as a reference for making the strategic policy in human resources field. This study used questionnaires, 188 of questionnaires were sent, 171 of valid questionnaires, so the effective rate is 90.96%. The study results are shown below: 1. Yacht industry employees of the leadership style preception as "idealized influence" the highest, and the "laissez-faire leadership" lowest. To the transactional and transformational leadership style of view, knowledge of its employees’ leadership style prception is in favor of "transformational leadership." 2. Yacht industry personality in favor of employees' internal control personality "traits. 3. Yacht industry employee job performance self-assessment is higher than the median average. The results shows the performance of their employees have a very high level of satisfaction. 4. Yacht industry different background variables including sex, education, years of work, no significant difference on job performance, only the age and total years of work have significant differences. 5. Yacht industry leadership style preception and job performance has a significant positive correlation, especially "inspiration motivation" is the highest correlation coefficient, followed by “idealized influence” and the lowest is "contingent reward". 6. Yacht industry employee personality traits and job performance are significantly. Especially "internal control-type" personality traits and job performance is most relevant. 7. Yacht industry leadership style preception, both transformational leadership and transactional leadership on job performance were significant predictive power. Transformational leadership on the job performance has higher prediction than transational leadership. 8. Yacht industry employee personalities traits have a significant impact on job performance, which tend to "internal control-type" personality traits have a significant impact on job performance. 9. Yacht industry leadership style preception and personality traits have a significant impact on job performance. The results of this study provide the yacht industry the management recommendations, a view to making employees had just been applied to improve job performance; also make recommendations for follow-up study, as a reference for future research.
