The clients of the service offered by the Naval Video Production Center are all the comrades of the Navy and the fleets. This research explored the relationship between the service quality of the Naval Video Production Center and the service satisfaction of clients with questionnaire analysis of clients’ perception and expectation before served and their subjective feelings after served. The research found the team of the Naval Video Production Center was enthusiastic, and all the clients approved its value. However, there was no steady budget for updating and maintaining the equipments, which implied that Naval Video Production Center would face a predicament that their mission couldn’t be accomplished without the necessary means. This research suggested the Navy put importance on this issue, for the contribution of the Naval Video Production Center could be known better, and better service could be provided by the Center in the future. 李昭蓉 100 學位論文 ; thesis 127 zh-TW |
